LATIB SESSION (Cigarette session) - many ivatan woman smoking. This is a kind of weeds that is used by the elderly as cigarette. its called BAKU in our language. Funny thing is most women smoke while men drinks. I think i should paint palek session (drinking  wine session) for the elderly men.

YEHEY, SUMAVAT KAMI NA (Yehey, we're going home) - This is a little girl too happy to go home on a saturday. she carries VULA, a big shiny leaves, as her shade against the hot sun. she sits by the TANGKAL (sled) driven by carabao.

 MAPAWAL BAGU MAY DU SKUL - most boys in my province tend the carabaos and buffaloes before going to school so everyone has to hurry home. (You notice how he has the time to smile even if he's in a hurry?  hehehe)

Ivatan window in stained glass- this is a typical ivatan window. all walls are made from stone. this one has windows. but most older ivatan house does not have windows nor doors.
